Loading Charts - Olympic Weights (Lb)

The following loading charts were designed for use with standard olympic weights using plates ranging from 2.5lbs to 100lbs. In each case a standard 45lb barbell weight is assumed. The charts that account for collars assume two 5lb barbell collars will be used.
